We are hiring: Operations & Project Manager (Full Time)

Gardens of the Future, a New European Bauhaus prize winner, is a not-for-profit company with focus on sustainable change. We do this by building and nurturing communities, embracing the circular economy approach, and celebrating the sharing economy. We are currently involved with some large-scale international projects and looking for a person who will be actively managing the operations, provide logistics support, and engage with our communities for creating memorable experiences.

CardimeD Project

SMART Greenhouse Project

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide active operational support with our Sustainability Projects

Co-manage community operations related to the Projects (events & experiences)

Coordination of consultants, volunteers and other with community stakeholders

Lead Correspondence and communication for current  EU Project

Manage daily tasks on Premises oversee maintenance & logistics

We have profiled our ideal candidate to share some if not all the following characteristics:

4-7 years’ experience project management or/and community engagement project(s) or/and strategy implementation and monitoring, and/or other relevant duties

*Project Management skills (certification is a plus)

Knowledge and/or previous experience in Sustainability  (EU Projects, R&D, R&I)

*Interested in Ecology/ Sustainability/Community practices/ESG

Excellent organizational/managerial & social skills with an agility in problem solving

*Reliable, proactive and service-minded team player that believes in perseverance

Alignment with our values & culture and able to transmit our culture in managing clients/stakeholders.

*Being able to coordinate with the internal Design team will be considered an advantage (digital skills, fabrication, DIY)

Creativity & Curiosity in having a say in our future strategic plans

Excellent in English (any other language would be considered a plus)
